Following a painful separation, I embarked upon the 'Empowered New Beginnings' course, which was recommended to me by a colleague. Initially sceptical and lacking motivation, I challenged myself to do something outside my comfort zone. Once I started, it was easy to keep going. This was an opportunity to re-examine my reality and take positive steps towards improving my quality of life. I am proud to share that now I am much more secure than I was at the time of my separation. My mental health has drastically improved with much fewer episodes of anxiety.
